Standard Cakes include white, chocolate, yellow, marble, carrot, spice and red velvet.
Strawberry Filled -- Four thin layers of cake, each covered with strawberry filling, then topped with whipped
cream, and thinly-sliced sweetened fresh strawberries. Also available with rum-custard or cannoli filling.
Amaretto -- Five to six thin layers of yellow cake, lightly saturated with
Amaretto liqueur, covered with apricot filling, then topped with French creme and toasted sliced almonds
Chocolate Raspberry -- Five to six thin layers of chocolate cake covered with raspberry filling, and topped with
whipped cream. May we suggest adding Chocolate Ganache for added richness.
Lemon Filled -- Five to six thin layers of yellow cake covered with lemon-custard filling, then topped
with whipped cream.
Raspberry Filled -- Five to six thin layers of cake covered with raspberry filling and topped with whipped
cream Chocolate Ganache may be added as well.
Black Forest -- Four layers of chocolate cake covered with cherry filling and topped with whipped cream.
Chocolate Ganache -- Five to six thin layers of chocolate cake covered with melted ganache ( rich chocolate filling
made from chocolate and heavy cream).
Chocolate or Cappuccino Mouse -- Five to six layers of chocolate cake covered with a light mousse.
Chocolate Mint -- Five to six thin layers of chocolate cake covered with melted ganache, and Creme de menthe
liqueur added to whipped cream.
Pina Colada -- Five layers of yellow cake saturated with a light rum, covered with a French
creme containing coconut and pineapples.
Fondant Cakes include any filled cake with our special Fondant Icing.
